boquete, panama
we spent the last few days of our trip in the peaceful valley of boquete. we rode horses, swam in natural hot springs and cold rivers, played with monkeys and ate plenty of mangoes fresh from the trees.
buen sabor
fresh from the boat at 7:00am on day one, we found a great little family run restaurant that we kept returning to throughout our stay in bocas. gigi eating on our first sunny morning, the typical breakfast; hojaldre is a must have! and lastly a hearty meal of chicken, rice, beans, platanos and salad. the best way to revitalize after spending the whole day out adventuring in the sun.
